Chapel Sessions welcomes back Kyshona Armstrong and Michael Logen bringing a nugget of Nashville to Netley.
We couldn’t wait to get Kyshona and Michael back to Chapel Sessions and when we heard they were in the UK at the same time we thought “why not get them to joint headline a Session?” – so here it is!
Kyshona is a singer-songwriter from Nashville, originally from South Carolina. After a successful sold out tour in 2016 with Sarah Darling and Jenn Bostic, when she wowed the Chapel Sessions Audience as part of Nashville In The Round, she is returning in 2019 for her third UK solo headline tour and on this occasion she is to joint headline with Michael. Her songwriting skills and powerful emotional voice are demonstrated on her two albums Go and The Ride. She has a soul voice reminiscent of the greats, whether delivering soul, gospel or powerful political messages as in her most recent single Same Blood.
Joined on stage by fellow Nashville based singer-songwriter, Michael Logen, with a host of self penned songs and stories. Michael’s songs have been featured on many TV shows including multiple placements on “Nashville”, “Suits”, “Parenthood”, “The Fosters” and “One Tree Hill”.
